La Caleta Green is a large residential development in Casta del Sol. Housing development around a hill and surrounded by large golf courses.

The La Caleta Green project was one of the first complete projects (BIM Model + Graphic Material + Virtual Material) that we developed at BaboonLab, for Real Estate, on the Costa del Sol. From the AutoCad plans, we generated the residential complex with the common areas in BIM. There were almost 100 homes, divided into 8 blocks, composed of apartments with ground floor + garden; housing type with terrace and penthouses with terrace, all blocks articulated around a garden area with swimming pool. We created all the textures, decoration and atmosphere of the exterior and 3 interior houses, for the realization of two packages of computer graphics with different finishing materials. As well as the virtual part where we developed the programming for the realization of material changes in real time.
